[advocacy] supporting vorbis at www.scrapbook.melb.net

Hello folks,
Just letting you know that my site www.scrapbook.melb.net has been
supporting Ogg Vorbis for the past month or so. This comes in the form of a
fortnightly artist spotlight where you are able download one or several
tracks from the artist (with their permission ofcourse). Since my readers
probably aren't the most techsavy, and Winamp doesn't have a Vorbis plugin
by default, I still also offer the tracks as standard MP3 files. As for
quality I go with with a setting of 2.0 (average of 96 kbit) which seems
perfect for music downloads.
