[advocacy] Winamp ships with Ogg Vorbis support!

Although winamp.com still shows version 2.79, deviantart.com is 
reporting the release of version 2.80.  The release notes include this 
line:
- OGG Vorbis support.

A fact which I have confirmed.  Excellent.  :D :D

This is the "full" version; I can't confirm if the "standard" version 
has the vorbis input plugin.  I haven't downloaded the full version in 
a while - is this old news?
