OK. Let me see if I understand this.

Microsoft has a patent on G.723.1; and the license requires it to run on
a microsoft platform.
Am I correct?
Is this a ITU-specification. Doesn't the ITU require 'fair use' and a
'fair price' of everbody who has patents on technology that is part of a
ITU-specification?

Anycase, shouldn't this be for the 'openh323' mailing-list as this is more
a 'voip' thing?
