I just found www.ogg-vorbis.com; it says

08/10/01 - Ogg-Vorbis.com is currently in talks with RIAA Senior 
Technologists to develop a membership based music community where all 
members will have access to thousands of files, and the ability to 
download them through direct download, instead of P2P. (peer to peer)

Is this site anything to do with Xiphophorus?
