[vorbis] trouble compiling vorbis 1.0 on openbsd

libtool 1.3 is definitely non-functional for me.  libtool 1.4.2
seems to work.

But if you're configuring a release tarball (e.g., libvorbis-1.0.tar.gz)
then you don't need any of this, as libtool has already been run
for you.
