[vorbis] applaud.wav sounds worse in 1.0?

I don't think so, that's castanets' realm, it is useful for stereo imaging
instead.

I don't have RC3 at hand anymore, but I'm quite sure I could hear that
peculiar noise up to -q 4.99 in RC3, and I can't anymore in 1.0, but I
repeat myself. :^)
