The list from one machine, running redhat 7.3, is:
        libvorbisenc.so.0   is needed by kdebase-3.0.0-12
        libvorbisenc.so.0   is needed by sox-12.17.3-4
        libvorbisenc.so.0   is needed by timidity++-2.11.3-1
        libvorbisenc.so.0   is needed by audacity-1.0.0-2
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by kdemultimedia-arts-3.0.0-3
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by kdemultimedia-kfile-3.0.0-3
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by kdemultimedia-libs-3.0.0-3
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by SDL_mixer-1.2.1-4
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by sox-12.17.3-4
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by xmms-1.2.7-1
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by tuxracer-0.61-8
        libvorbisfile.so.0   is needed by audacity-1.0.0-2

My goal was to create rpms that install cleanly with minimal impact.
Recompiling KDE seems a bit invasive.
