[vorbis] Debian versioning problems

That's the more elegant approach, yes. The other one is to use an
"epoch", e.g. 1:1.0-1 ... (this is good for e.g. custom kernel packages
where you don't want a default one ever overriding your custom one, but
this is now getting OT for a Vorbis mailing list, my apologies.)
