[vorbis] Uncoupled mode?

Is the bit-identity of the two channels something you actually verified
somehow, or is it an assumption? It would not particularly surprise me
if, in the process of taking a single-track analog tape and converting
it to a two-channel CD master, there were a two-channel analog
intermediate stage. In this case, the two digital channels would
probably not be bit-identical.
