[vorbis] winamp bitrate (kbps) display wrong

Excellent!  Just in time, I was just about to post a new thread in the forum.

Well, now that's sorted out, I can get back to work happy in the knowledge that the OGG's reputation will not be harmed (well, once the next version of Winamp comes out anyway).

I haven't downloaded this or tried it - so if anyone has tried it and thinks that it isn't fixed, let me know & I'm happy to chase it up.
