I suppose so, but frankly, I don't think anyone is likely to notice 256 bytes
of default padding, and that ought to be enough to add vorbisgain values, and
tidy up freedb generated tags without rewriting the file. I expect you'll
hear more people grizzling that editing tags is slow ("Turn on padding,
fool!") that people complaining that their oggs are 256 bytes too big ("Turn
off padding, fool!").
But then I guess you'll be the one they're grizzling to, so it's your call :-)
