[vorbis] Quality & ripping speed

It sounds like EAC is ripping then encoding while you have CDex encoding on
the fly - I haven't seen any compile of vorbis which'll encode at 8-9X.

On my PIII 850 CDex manages ~2.5X whether I have extraction set to standard
or paranoia.
