[vorbis] Please correct this bugs in vorbis win32 environment

OK we now get as far as linking, where there is a problem finding
ogg.lib. This is in the oggvorbis-win32sdk-1.0 directory, should this
directory be renamed as libvorbis-1.0 was renamed to vorbis etc.?
