High-level summaries of mailing list discussions would be great for those 
people who don't have the energy to read the mailing list daily.

For example, the long discussion on "CVS RC4 -q0 too good!" is hilarious and 
really has me excited about RC4.

The related talk about possibly shifting the quality scale is also something 
"outsiders" might be interested in.
