[theora-dev] vp3-vid.yuv

I just found this file on one of me boxen.  I must have downloaded it
(back in November it seems) to compare various codecs.

None of my yuv... utils reconizes its format, nor does it seem to
match the yuv specs of hte stuff at media.xiph.org.  In fact, I
just tested the yuv2ppm from the w3d module in cvs and got a
green and purple set of images that look like a manitor at
the wrong refresh rate.

I've been unable to track down the source of that file;
dows anyone have a pointer to its format?
