I don´t think that time are prohibitive is we cooperate, the real problem is
the cordination of a group for determine a patent violation, one people can
read and comprehend up to ten patents easy, more are dificult, if a hundret
of people know ten patent the total of all are thousand patentes... and if
anione
can tell me one I can obtain the patents for interlazed video, I can search
for a
violation in various techniques ore a patent free posible metode.
