[xspf] Looking for a coder

I've been doing research for an idea I had last week and I stumbled onto the
XSPF site. As I read more about the standard I felt it really meshed well
with what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm trying to get in contact with a
developer/coder who really knows the standard well and would be willing to
work for hire or partner in this "venture." (for lack of a better term)
 Is there a discussion forum?
Any info you can pass on would be greatly appriciated.
 Thanks
Chris
