Some alternative are add the possibility to provide the
codebooks/configuration using:
- SDP[1] attributes, putting them in the media description, one for each
codebook. Obviously is needed to encode the binary data since there are
some not valid byte in SDP: 0x00 (Nul), 0x0A (LF), and 0x0D (CR).
- Using RTSP/TCP for the uri as described by rfc2326bis[1] chapter 12
I'm not sure if those are better solutions but won't require additional
high level protocols to use tcp.
