The idea for codebook information in SDP was only one attribute with
the list of hashes, and one attribute with a URI  pattern, common to
download all of them, such as http://server/support/vorbis/%s.cbo

The list of hashes would be optional, and just a convenience for
clients who prefer to fetch them at once.

Ah, the idea was also that the delivery of codebooks inside the data
stream would be at the discretion of server, and intented to be
enabled by the server administrator if the link is unidirectional.
