MPEG L3 has a fixed frame size of 1152 samples which are fed to the encoder and vorbis has a variable winow size ?????? is this correct ?<BR>

Frame in MPEG is window in Vorbis ?? <BR>
<BR>
I guess iam making a mistake somewhere? Can some one correct?<BR>
