I think the wiki could do it fine. We'd probably just need to "seed"
it in the "proper" format we'd like to present it in.<br>

Myself, I'd prefer to see something searchable in a strict format
(contact information, submission dates, etc). That's certainly possible
in the Wiki, but I think that the Wiki page would need some general
maintenance to keep it in the correct format and such.
Of course, it's up to the Vorbis folks.
