<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I downloaded vorbis-tools-1.0.1 from
http://www.vorbis.com/download.psp for windows platform.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">It contains workspace for Ogg encoder.
It seems Ogg decoder is not there. In Oggdec folder oggdec.c file is there.
If I include this file in the workspace it gives some linking errors.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Please tell me, how to download the
current version of Ogg Vorbis decoder on Windows platform?</font>
