[Vorbis] ogg123 fails on high bitrate flac

As this is a problem with Ogg123 playing
FLAC files, you will probably have more luck
posting the problem to the Flac list; visit:
    http://lists.xiph.org/mailman/listinfo/flac

Also, as no error message is produced, you
will need to provide a file that fails (so that
people can dig into it and work out what is
going wrong).
