[Vorbis] ov_open_callbacks takes so much time to open 210 MB OGG file

May we see an example file?  Stopping and starting a file as you
describe is essentially creating a new 'chapter' with every step.  I
am wondering if this is a file with thousands of chapters that have to
be individually queried...
