[Vorbis] flac in xiphqt seemengly behaves incorrectly playing 24bit files

Hello Stanko,

I've entered your bug into Trac against XiphQT as ticket #1670 and put
you on the Cc: for the bug discussion.  Thanks for reporting the
problem!  I don't have an immediate answer but hopefully Arek or
another of the XiphQT devs will see it soon.
