Hi,

(James sent a file to me by private email). I can't see anything odd
about the file, and it plays immediately with ogg123. Timestamps are
not offset, they begin from 0:

$ oggz dump a1_n12_f4_toiltPlung.ogg |grep serialno|head
00:00:00.000: serialno 0000016417, granulepos 0, packetno 0 *** bos: 30 bytes
00:00:00.000: serialno 0000016417, calc. gpos 0, packetno 1: 45 bytes
00:00:00.000: serialno 0000016417, granulepos 0, packetno 2: 3.683 kB
00:00:00.000: serialno 0000016417, calc. gpos 0, packetno 3: 51 bytes
00:00:00.002: serialno 0000016417, calc. gpos 128, packetno 4: 53 bytes
00:00:00.015: serialno 0000016417, calc. gpos 704, packetno 5: 252 bytes
00:00:00.029: serialno 0000016417, calc. gpos 1280, packetno 6: 45 bytes
...

Perhaps someone else can help debug this on VLC/WMP etc.

Also, can anyone suggest a public site to upload such a file to?

Conrad.
