Actually if you consider where most players come from these days, one might expact 
them to display Japanese or Korean characters, which makes me believe they support 
UTF-8. I also think the Vorbis spec says the character encoding for comments is 
UTF-8. My Samsung Player seems to display Vorbis comments and filenames using UTF-
8 correctly, but it seems to choke on ISO-8859-1 filenames and/or maybe comments.
