[Vorbis] codecs(GSM, G7321) supported for ogg??

I'm not aware of anyone doing this. We have tended to concentrate on 
free-to-use codecs.

Ogg is a generic container and so this can of course be done. We're 
happy to assist if you'd like to develop and standardize an embedding 
for these codecs.
