[Vorbis] Broken ogg - how to fix?

You could try running it through vorbiscomment (making a backup first
of course), although the missing page2 is more than a little troubling
for a couple of reasons (e.g. I'm wondering what page(s) the comment
header is on and whether the codebooks are in the right place).
