[Vorbis] What the difference between oggenc &

Encoding is more important to me, because I do my encoding on my laptop, 
versus using a dedicated 64-bit computer to play back.

MA also tends to save 3-5 mB on tracks around 6 minutes long, over a 
comparable encoding speed with flac.
