[Vorbis] ogg files / burning cd-r

oops, it would appear, I do have this installed,
however, its a older version:
OggDec 1.0.1
Usage: oggdec [flags] file1.ogg [file2.ogg ... fileN.ogg]

This would also create two folder one ogg and one wav
that is not really good, since I have over 1400 ogg files..
