[Vorbis] Re: buggy vorbis encoder

Thanks to HEx for the hint that this problem can be worked around with 
the following command.

vorbiscomment filename.ogg | vorbiscomment -w filename.ogg

We tried changing the serial number, but that did not solve the problem. 
     There must be another problem as well.
