[Vorbis] Free tagging

vorbiscomment will do what you want.  The following single-line command
will apply your tag to all of the .ogg files in the current directory
and below.

find . -name '*.ogg' -exec vorbiscomment -a {} -t
"DownloadedFrom=http://prc.julipan.org" \;
