[Vorbis] Codebook verification

The code doesn't compile on my Mandrake 9.2 system.  It is looking for an ogg2 
include directory, which I don't have.  If I change ogg2 to ogg, I still get 
a bunch compile errors in codec.h.

Is vorbose targeted at a specific Vorbis implementation?  Is Mandrake using a 
non-standard layout?
