Vorbis allows arbitrary sampling frequencies, but it's reasonable for
embedded devices to only support a subset of those.

At a minimum, I'd expect to see:
  48kHz, 44.1kHz, 32 kHz, 24 kHz, 22.05kHz, 11kHz, 8 kHz.
