[Vorbis] Big quality loss with self-compiled Vorbis-lib under LFS

Thanks  a  lot for the hint Mike. svn fixed it to encode fine even compiled with
gcc-4.0.2. I didn't think before, it could still be a compiler fault  because  I
used  gcc-3.3.6  to  compile  the whole collection for vorbis and then it didn't
encode properly either. Is gcc-3.3.6 also not good for it?
