[Vorbis] psychoacoustic model

Hi

I have to compare a psychoacoustic model used in mp3 with the one used in Ogg Vorbis. Is there any paper that descibes PAM (Ogg Vorbis) in detail?
How a masking threshold is calculated?

I will be very greatful for any information.
