Has there been any progress with regard to setting up a bounty 
contribution system? The last messages I found which related to 
bounties were from September 2004.

I ask because I would like to contribute some money towards the 
creation of the Xiph QuickTime plugin mentioned in the wiki. Also it 
would be good to know what to tell other people who want to know how 
they can contribute.
