On MacOS X the easiest thing is probably to install someing like Audio
Hijack from rogueamoeba.com (non-free software) and use that to record
the playback from realplayer. That still leaves the encoder problem. I
don't remember if there's a drag-and-drop Ogg Vorbis encoder tool for
MacOS. Anyone?
Should be possible to whip up an applescript wrapper for ffmpeg2theora
if nothing else.

P.S. Sorry this is such a pain. I've very happy to see wikipedia's
efforts to support and promote free media formats, but our projects are
just as short of tool authors as yours, it seems.
