An .ogm file is an ogg file... it's a perfectly legal valid .ogg file... it 
just happens to have a different extension for convenience. The only thing 
that makes a file an .ogm file is the standardised ogm header at the start 
of the video stream. The encapsulation format is ogg... the encapsulation 
format is not modified in any way.

Ogm is not an encapsulation format of it's own... it's just a standard 
header developed to allow any fourcc video codec to be put into an ogg 
container.
