DivX is a video codec just like Vorbis is an audio codec - you can't use one
inside another, instead you need a container format to put both of them in.
Preferred format for that is Ogg (OGM), though you could also use Matroska.
There are also hacks to get Vorbis to work inside AVI, but you should stay
away from them.
