Actually, the more relevant point is likely that you are free to use
our spec in any way you want to. So long as you preserve credit (and
don't stomp on a trademark), there is no restriction in how you deploy
or what you build from Ogg including making your own improvemnts or
products. There are no royalties, no patents and no encumberance.
