That's purely a theoretical problem. No reasonable computer clock is off by
1% (that's almost 15 minutes in 24 hours) and you have the same "problem" in
all cases where media is transmitted in real time between two peers without
clock synchronization. Live tv or radio broadcasts, voice over IP and a lot
of other technologies could also be affected.
