[vorbis] CD ripper software

CD'n'Go (http://www.cdngo.com) is the best ripping suite I've found.  It 
will do various formats, has powerful tagging capabilities, will 
automatically adjust the peak volume of your source to whatever 
percentage of max that you want. It is just the most feature-full ripper 
I've found.  It does take a little setup if you want to get it exactly 
right for how you want it, but once it is setup ripping a disc is a one 
click operation.  It will even make folders for you for you rips anyway 
you like it.  It makes it really easy to have a very orderly, consistent 
music library.
