There is no perfect way to tag Ogg files based on content. The reason
for this is simple; everyone wants something different out of a
subtyping system.
So we come back to the earlier suggestion; Use something like [DivX].avi
uses to denote what form of media it is. mymovie[Video].ogg or
Eat_Your_Life[FLAC].ogg vs Eat_Your_Life[Vorbis].ogg. Or any other form
of naming scheme. Use a simple automated tool to automatically sort and
rename your files for you.
For the time being, open the application you want and do the behavior
you expect from that application. mime-types are never going to give
everyone the behavior they want out of it, so stop expecting them to.
