Assuming applications can deal with multipart extensions or longer
extensions:
file.theora.ogg, file.theora-ogg, file.t.ogg, file.t-ogg
file.vorbis.ogg, file.vorbis-ogg, file.v.ogg, file.v-ogg
just some ideas.
