[vorbis] Vorbis webpage

I don't understand... I know the site works because I've reached it before,
but now it just doesn't respond. Well, from the looks of things the domain
resolves to a server on xiph.org (presumably the web server) on my
connection but anything further than that doesn't work.
I'm in Brisbane, Australia btw.

*sigh* I REALLY needed to get into the dev section of the site too :/
