[vorbis] Why is Vorbis development slow?

Don't know what tremor does with floor-0 files.
The floor-0 part seems to be pretty integer-unfriendly...
Honestly, I'm not a fan of floor-0.
And I don't think that future versions of oggenc
(or 'vorbisenc' someday ?) will make use of it anymore.
