[vorbis] OggVDS Where?

Yes, it did go open source, and you can download it from Xiph.Org's CVS
servers by checking out the oggds module. However, due to an accident of
some sort, the version Tobias made available isn't the latest version. The
source in Xiph CVS is 0.9.9.2 if I remember correctly, while the latest
binary available at Tobias' site is 0.9.9.5.

Updates to the open source version are yet to be made.
