[vorbis] Why FLAC, why not MAC?

I checked the MAC forums. There seem to be some decoders.

Or Linux users can now use Monkey's Audio as a gstreamer plugin!

Still, you can only encode in Windows, but I suppose everyone can
install multiple OSes or use an emulator here.
